Privacy & analytics

When enabled, our first-party analytics count observed pageviews, selected link clicks, and salon API response outcomes. We use no analytics cookies, fingerprinting, or identifiers that follow you between visits. We do not measure unique people or sessions.

Analytics store only approved page and link labels, event times, and broad referral categories such as search or social. They do not store IP addresses, browser details, full URLs, query strings, names, email addresses, or form contents. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track for this collection.

Minimal event records used to prevent duplicate counting are scheduled for deletion within seven days; daily totals after thirteen months. Cleanup failures are monitored and can delay deletion. Only aggregates go to our private Notion dashboard. No analytics vendor receives event data.

Counts can miss blocked scripts, closed pages, or network failures and can include undetected automation. A contact click does not prove an email was sent. A queued signup response does not confirm a unique registration, invitation delivery, or attendance.

Salon registration separately uses the details submitted on its form to manage registration and invitations under its displayed notice. Our hosting provider necessarily processes network requests to serve the site; application analytics do not store their IP addresses.
